 The 2nd Week In SLIIT Academy 

November 29 - December 3, 2021

          ~This is my second week at SLIIT Academy.~

 

     On Monday as usually we had Essential Communication Skills lecture. That day we learned how to write a semi-formal Email and a informal Email properly.  After that we had our first class test from ECS.

     

      The next lecture was Programming Concepts on Wednesday morning.The lesson was Introduction to Pseudo code - I. There we got to know how to identify Inputs, Outputs and Processing steps for a given problem, to write the solution algorithm in pseudo code , to understand how to use the Selection Control Structures to solve the problem. And our lecturer gave us a practice question sheet to practice what we learnt.

       In the evening we had Mathematics for Computing lecture. How to convert Binary to Decimal, about Octal and Hexadecimal, Decimal to Octal Conversion and Decimal to Hexadecimal Conversion were learnt.

        On Thursday morning we had  Windows Application Development C# lecture.There we learnt Basics of C# language; Variables and Methods and how to use them in Visual Studio.

        In the evening on Thursday DDC lecture was there. There  we worked with SQL Queries, understood the different operators can be used to filter the records. And also we learnt how to work with multiple conditions.

So I ended up my second week lessons successfully.😉✨
